Siebel SSO Registration and TrainingWe are excited to announce that GE Healthcare is implementing Siebel CRM, an Oracle product, as our next-generation customer support system and we will go-live with it on Monday, May 16. Siebel brings our customers:
- An Online Web interface allowing problems to be reported quickly and easily
- Provides access to current status of case(s), including during off-hours
- As well as the ability to track past Service Request history and resolutions
