Installing the LATITUDE® Transfer Station (LTS) enables your practice to
download, from LATITUDE, historical data from an implanted cardiovascular
device into a patient's electronic medical record in Logician, Centricity
Electronic Medical Record (EMR), or Centricity Practice Solution (CPS).
Migrating Data from Centricity EMR 2005
CASE/CARDIOSOFT INTERFACE
The integration of CASE/CardioSoft with the Centricity Practice Solution chart module provides a quick and easy mechanism for capturing and viewing CASE/CardioSoft data from within the Centricity Practice Solution application. Both the CASE/CardioSoft and the Centricity Practice Solution application will need to be installed before beginning integration.
KNOWN ISSUES FOR CASE/CARDIOSOFT - EMR INTEGRATION KIT v2.4
CardioSoft context Help does not open in Centricity Practice Solution. This will be corrected in a future version. Workaround: Manually open the cpo_encounterform.chm file. Click Start | Run then browse to the CPS 2006 client directory. This is usually located at ‘C:\Program Files\Centricity Practice Solution 2006\Client\...’Select cpo_encounterform.chmClick OK.

- Go to GE Healthcare Common Documentation Library
- Click Cardiology
- For Select All Desired Cardiology Products, select Contact Information
- Click Search
- In the Filename column in the middle of the table, click the link for your language
